WebIn September of 2024 I stayed at the Waltham Extended Stay America, building 32. As shown by the attached pictures, the ceiling was partially collapsing from water damage and mold growth was extensive. Towel racks in the bathroom were also rusted and flaking on the toilet below. I have been trying since Sept 2024 to get a response and a refund.
