They are known to frequent watering holes and berry patches. They are quite dangerous and will attack on sight so it is advised to keep them at distance. I found elephants in the L8-L7 area, they took damage from stone arrows, stone knife and were killable with rifle. There was bears in M9 they took damage from the same weapons and were killable. WebbRan into an issue today where bears and anything larger (polar bears, mammoths) aren't taking any damage. Friday I rolled back since I experienced the sound issue, repeated today and sound works but now can't lol any big game. WebbI’ve not had this issue. I done the update yesterday morning and was playing last night. No issues with sound. Might need to open steam and verify integrity of the game. I had to do that with one of the early updates and it fixed the issue. I verified game files and even uninstalled and reinstalled, still no luck. WebbThen find a bear and Sneak attack it from range. Run back to your rock and back into it. The Polar bear will start hitting the rock and slowly start breaking the rock. Use a knife or spear and continually hit it in the head.
